A MANIFESTO IN THE MAKING
Manifesto Introduction
The party defines itself by the five core policies. So that members and non-members clearly understand what the party stands for, these cannot be changed. At present they are principles the details of which will be decided according to the party constitution
All other policies will be decided according to the constitution

1.Creation of small chartered banks with simplified accounting and function, outlawing the large multi-function banks.
The banks are able to hold governments to ransom because of their size.
That this enabled them to run up debts with irresponsible manage and then demand that the tax payer bail them out, all the while paying themselves huge bonuses.
What has received less publicity is that they have been able to indulge in criminal activity such as fixing the interbank lending rate to deprive investors and launder money for criminal drugs cartel without prosecution because governments know that criminal trials would mean the banks would lose their licences and so would collapse.
Assistant US Attorney General Lanny Bauer announced in 11 December 2012. His comments reveal why the US government decided to go soft on such criminal behaviour and show quite clearly how there is one law for the richest 1% and one law for the rest of us. Lenny Bauer said:
”Had the U.S. authorities decided to press criminal charges, HSBC would almost certainly have lost its banking license in the U.S., the future of the institution would have been under threat and the entire banking system would have been destabilized.”
It is exactly the same in Britain.
The present situation whereby our lives by giant leviathans whose criminality cannot be the subject of law due to fear of the consequences represents a complete breakdown of civilised values.
The present established parties do nothing as they are too heavily dependent on the banks for financing their parties and as the case of Tony Blair shows gain massively from employment in the financial world after their political careers are finished
The Charters of the new small banks will limit them according different parameters: e.g. regional, sector and type of transactions.
Their running and activities will be subject to strict laid down rules which will ensure transparency and ease of regulation.
Bank will not be allowed to grow to a size making them “too big to fail”.
There will be government guarantees for depositors up to a certain limited sum for each independent bank in the case of bank failure.
